Neoclassical antique fireplace mantel made of white Carrara marble. This fireplace is certainly one of the most iconic fireplaces in the Louis XVI style. Simple, elegant, sober. Two carved roses tower over the uprights, and a purely neoclassical oval decorates the center. This fireplace was carved in the latter half of the 19th century by an Italian sculptor and stonemason in Tuscany. The marble tone is called “Bianco P,” because of the homogeneity and whiteness of its surfaces.
