Absolutely briliant services received from start to finish, ordering the pieces we needed and ship them over to England by air in less than 5 days in total, Enrico was amazing on all counts giving us not only the installation instructions but the history of the items we purchased which added immense value for the owners.

The 3 fireplaces arrived safely in London, very well wrapped in and properly boxed in crates with plenty of instructions and precise measurements, Enrico was really helpful and supportive all the way through, the Ameliore fireplaces we purchased are really beautiful pieces which now reside proudly in a beautiful property in Notting Hill.

The visit is made even more interesting and enjoyable by the salesperson, Maurizio, who is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The setting is fascinating and truly unique, housed in a former early-20th-century elementary school that has been left largely untouched over time.

A visit is definitely recommended. Just be warned, choosing is not easy — you’ll fall in love with every single fireplace!

The fireplace mantel I purchased was restored impeccably. Delivery was completed carefully and within the agreed timeframe. They were also able to put me in touch with a skilled fireplace specialist—a profession that has become increasingly rare—who will build and install the fireplace. In short, the mantel I purchased is beautiful, but Maurizio and Enrico are truly exceptional people. It was a pleasure getting to know them. If I am ever fortunate enough to have another fireplace made, I will have no doubt about whom to contact.

We purchased an absolutely stunning 18th-century cast-iron fireback. The selection is truly extensive, and the Artis website is worth visiting even just to read the descriptions of the fireplaces—they are all genuinely entertaining. Enrico is extremely knowledgeable and very patient when explaining everything to those of us who are not experts. He was also very helpful in showing us the different pieces, telling us their stories, and arranging appointments. We are truly delighted with our purchase and very happy that we were able to find it at Artis.
