Antique Louis XVI "Trois Fleurs" fire surround sculpted out of an amazing White Statuary Carrara marble. This mantel is decorated with floral sculptures, both on the two side capitals and on the central frieze. Two roses on the sides, and a beautiful Oval Flower in the centre. Marble flammèches on the feet. These sculptures were made by an Italian sculptor (Tuscany, Pietrasanta) in the second half of the 19th century, and are an example of great Italian sculptural skill. No one today is able to replicate such finesse of sculpture.
