It is in more than good condition, needing minor plastering in parts moreover not affected by decoration.
Regarding its restoration, since the surface of the fireplace is still in its natural patina, we will decide together with the buyer how our very good restorer Massimo will intervene...
NOTES ON THE QUANTITY OF THE PUBLISHED FIREPLACES:
Many customers call and ask. “We would like to come to you, but ... it is not that we then come there and you have only 3 or 4 fireplaces, right?!” Or, “But. Are there all of them, those fireplaces published on the site!? “And so on and so forth, a succession of doubts, fears, and lack of confidence (maybe they have already been burned, who knows...) So I answer here once and for all, hoping that this note will be read and understood ”literally.”
In our warehouse you will not find all the published fireplaces, but you will even find a few more.. We just can't get all the photos and all the necessary cataloging done....
We also try to keep the site up-to-date, in fact very up-to-date, practically in real time: As soon as a fireplace is sold we immediately remove it from the site or we write at the top of the descriptions and in block letters “THIS FIREPLACE HAS BEEN SOLD,” when a customer asks us to “hold it for them” we write “ON HOLD UNTIL.......” etc.... etc...
